Who you are contracting with

AI Outfit Stylist (the "Service", "we", "us") is provided by its independent operator. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you are entering into a contract with us. You can reach us at sd.shubh@gmail.com.

Using AI Outfit Stylist

By creating an account you agree to use AI Outfit Stylist for your personal styling. You're responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal content, content you don't have the rights to, or content that depicts other people without consent. Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including the AI Outfit Stylist software, design, brand, and documentation, is owned by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal styling. You retain ownership of the wardrobe photos and other content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

AI suggestions

Outfit suggestions are generated by AI and provided as-is. They're inspiration, not professional styling advice. You decide what to actually wear.

Subscriptions, payments, and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns and refunds. By placing an order you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, applicable taxes, currency, cancellations, and refunds.

Pro plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any time from Settings or via the Paddle customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay any amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Liability

AI Outfit Stylist is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
